ISSC (Infrastructure Shared Services Center) est la branche IT Infrastructures du groupe GEODIS.
Fort de 180 collaborateurs, ISSC porte l'infrastructure, les middlewares, les applications et le réseau global de l'ensemble des lines of business et régions du groupe qui comptent pas moins de 49.000 utilisateurs dans le monde.
ISSC est une structure centrale critique, qui se doit de répondre aux critères d'exigence, de disponibilité, de fiabilité et de sécurité du Groupe GEODIS.
Basé(e) au Bourget-du-Lac (73), le / la PMO est le / la responsable :
- du pilotage du portefeuille projets d'ISSC et des processus et méthodologies projets,
- de la mise en place, de l'animation, du maintien et de l'évolution de la pratique Agile et Scrum au sein d'ISSC,
- des activités de conduite du changement et de gestion de la connaissance.
Rattaché(e) au CTO Office Manager, vous évoluez au sein de l'équipe Process & Gouvernance.
MISSIONS ET ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES
- Fournir une vue consolidée et actualisée du portefeuille de projets et du capacity planning d'ISSC pour permettre les arbitrages et le pilotage d'ISSC.
- Animer la comitologie projet au sein de l'organisation et piloter leurs risques et alertes.
- Définir et produire des indicateurs de performance adéquats pour surveiller la santé des projets et l'état général du portefeuille.
- Être le / la garant(e) de la montée en puissance des méthodologies, rituels et pratiques Agile & Scrum et favoriser leur adoption au sein de l'organisation.
- Définir, formaliser, promouvoir et améliorer continuellement les processus, méthodologies et outils projet d'ISSC.
- Soutenir les chefs de projets et les delivery dans la mise en œuvre de ces pratiques et l'utilisation des outils,
- Être le propriétaire des outils et des processus de gestion de projet et des méthodologies sprint & agile, s'assurer de leur mise en œuvre au sein d'ISSC, soutenir le suivi de l'efficacité des processus à travers des KPI adéquats,
- Gérer le processus de gestion de la demande au sein d'ISSC (planification et préparation)
- Participer au support à la planification et au suivi budgétaire des projets et à la cohérence globale entre le budget et les consommations projet
- Définir, déployer, promouvoir et améliorer continuellement les pratiques de change management

Profil du candidat
- Expérience de 3 à 5 ans en gestion de projets IT (à composante infrastructure souhaitable) et en pilotage de portefeuille de projet IT.
- Culture et appétence pour l'IT et l'infrastructure.
- Connaissance et mise en œuvre des frameworks, modèles de livraison et pratiques agiles (certifications souhaitables)
- Capacité en communication et/ou en conduite du changement
- Capacité à communiquer, animer et collaborer en anglais et en français dans un environnement international
- Esprit d'équipe, dynamisme, rigueur, réactivité, et esprit de synthèse
