Poste : En tant qu'IT System Engineer, vous travaillerez main dans la main avec le Responsable Infrastructure et aurez à assurer le bon fonctionnement, la sécurité, la maintenance, l'évolution et la mise en conformité des infrastructures informatiques au sein de la branche Européenne du groupe.

En tant qu'IT System Engineer, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

* Garantir la pérennité et la sécurité du système d'information,
* Veiller à l'alignement des infrastructures IT avec les normes et certifications requises par nos clients,
* Planifier et superviser les projets d'évolution et d'optimisation au sein du Groupe,
* Assurer le respect des bonnes pratiques IT au sein de l'organisation (communication et politiques de sécurité),
* Définir les objectifs pour nos prestataires IT et veiller à ce qu'ils respectent leurs engagements,
* Standardiser et automatiser les tâches répétitives lorsque cela est possible,
* Offrir aux utilisateurs la possibilité d'effectuer de manière autonome les tâches sans valeur ajoutée et répétitives.

L'environnement technique principal est sur Microsoft.

* 2 jours de télétravail par semaine,
* 4% de variable,

Profil : Le candidat doit posséder un BTS, un IUT ou un Diplôme d'ingénieur orienté vers les infrastructures IT, avec au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.

Une première expérience en tant qu'Ingénieur Système/Ingénieur Systèmes & Réseaux/Ingénieur Infrastructure sur environnement Microsoft et sur les firewalls est requise.

Des certifications ou formations Microsoft en ligne (comme Intune, Entra ID, AD etc.) constitueraient un atout supplémentaire.

Un bon niveau d'anglais est indispensable.
Entreprise : Notre client est un grand Groupe mondial évoluant dans le secteur industriel, leader sur son secteur. Les locaux sont basés au Plessis-Robinson (92) et il y a 2 jours de télétravail/semaine.

Le groupe compte 500 collaborateurs et la DSI Europe est à taille humaine (3 collaborateurs en interne).

Le processus de recrutement est le suivant :

* 1er entretien RH par Teams ou dans les locaux,
* 2eme entretien dans les locaux avec le Responsable Infrastructure (N+1) et le Directeur Financier (N+2).
