We play as a team and are determined to provide world class services to our customers, exceeding their expectations whenever possible.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Technical Support Specialist. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Providing application support services to clients via our support system, email, and sometimes WhatsApp.Helping customers set up the product, and participating in product demos and trainings.Alerting the development team about complaints and incidents.Responding to alerts and various technical issues, in real time, on a daily basis.Collect customer feedback on a regular basis.Tracking events until problems are resolved, contacting the stakeholders in the organization when needed.RequirementsMust have experience as an application support specialist, working with international clients.Technical background in: analyzing and producing reports, internet experience, basic system administration and/or web development skills.Ability to analyze problems quickly and find suitable solutions based on available resources.Ability to speak and write succinctly about complex technical issues.Must be a fast learner, have the ability to multi-task, and be tech-oriented.Must be fluent in French and English with the ability to converse fluently, and write/answer emails in French and English.Additional languages are an advantage.Must be a team player.Experience in the travel industry is requiredOur OfferWe offer a competitive salary.
