We are looking for a Data Administrator who will ensure accurate and efficient management of our real estate listings within your assigned market. You will play a key role in maintaining our database, supporting internal teams, and building strong relationships with partner agencies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the office listings database for your designated sector: monthly updates, creation of new listings, modifications and corrections, archiving obsolete listingsAct as the main point of contact for partner agencies - Respond to requests regarding updates to NEWMARK listings, Maintain daily communication with consultants, documentation teams, and external partnersUpdate all relevant data fields: Addresses, Companies, ContactsSupport internal teams by tracking searches and coordinating partner invitationsDistribute listings, share property search requests, and send invitations to partner agenciesProcess incoming requests from partner agenciesConduct regular monitoring of professional real estate publications (Flash M², Business Immo, CFNEWS, etc.)ProfileBachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Information Management or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPointOutstanding spelling, accuracy, and attention to detailReliable, committed, dynamic, and highly motivatedStrong organizational skills, responsiveness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFluent in French and English Entry-level candidates are welcomeMore than specific experience, we value curiosity and motivation to work in the real estate sector.
