Microsoft Fabric Administrator & DeveloperWe are seeking a Microsoft Fabric Administrator & Developer to design, implement, and manage our unified analytics platform, leveraging Fabric's comprehensive data capabilities including data engineering, data warehousing, data science, real-time analytics, and business intelligence solutions.OverviewMicrosoft Fabric Administrator & DeveloperResponsibilitiesFabric Platform AdministrationDeploy and configure Microsoft Fabric workspaces, capacities, and tenant settingsManage user access, security roles, and workspace governance across Fabric experiencesMonitor platform performance, capacity utilization, and cost optimization strategiesConfigure data gateways, network security, and hybrid connectivity scenariosImplement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity proceduresDesign and develop data pipelines using Data Factory and Synapse Data EngineeringCreate data ingestion workflows from various sources including streaming and batch dataBuild data transformation processes using Apache Spark, notebooks, and dataflowsImplement data quality checks, validation rules, and error handling mechanismsManage data lakehouse architectures and delta lake implementationsData Warehousing & AnalyticsDesign and implement data warehouse solutions using Synapse Data WarehouseCreate dimensional models, fact tables, and optimized query structuresDevelop real-time analytics solutions using KQL databases and streaming datasetsImplement data science workflows including machine learning model development and deploymentBuild comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards integrated with Fabric data sourcesGovernance & SecurityEstablish data governance frameworks, lineage tracking, and metadata managementImplement security policies including row-level security, column-level security, and data maskingConfigure sensitivity labels, information protection, and compliance monitoringManage data sharing, external data access, and cross-workspace collaborationEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational data policiesRequired QualificationsTechnical Skills6+ years experience with modern data platforms and cloud analytics servicesStrong knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, and Power BIProficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and KQL for data processing and analysisExperience with data lakehouse architectures, delta tables, and data modelingUnderstanding of data engineering patterns, ETL processes, and real-time streamingKnowledge of machine learning workflows and MLOps practicesData Platform SkillsExperience with data warehouse design and dimensional modeling techniquesStrong understanding of data governance, lineage, and metadata managementKnowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance frameworksExperience with capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimizationPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fieldMicrosoft certifications (Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, Azure Data Engineer Associate)Experience with other analytics platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Analytics)Background in data architecture and enterprise data strategyKnowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code for data platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
