Pour accompagner son développement Andros recherche un: Project Management Officer - PMO (H/F)
Bilingue Allemand
En rattachement direct au Responsable de la Performance Industrielle Groupe, vous interviendrez sur plusieurs filiales et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projet et le Directeur Général de la filiale.
Vous aurez pour objectif de gérer des projets en lien avec la stratégie de performance industrielle de l’entreprise. Pour chaque projet, vous possèderez un plan pour lequel vous serez en mesure de fournir une vision transversale des actions et activités qui y sont rattachées. Cela afin de garantir la cohérence du plan avec les objectifs du projet, mais également d’assurer l’alignement du projet avec les objectifs généraux de l’organisation.
Vous aurez par ailleurs la responsabilité de concevoir et mettre en place un outil d’analyse de performance power bi pour les usines intéressées en lien avec la Direction de l’Organisation et des Services de l’Information.
Vos missions :
En support des filiales :
- Identifier des gains potentiels,
- Mettre en place un plan structuré selon la méthode Andros,
- Formuler des objectifs SMART,
- Coordonner les activités et prioriser les actions,
- Accompagner les équipes métier,
- Solliciter les expertises du groupe pour supporter les équipes métier dans la construction et la réalisation des activités,
- Suivre la progression et la performance des projets afin de fournir un reporting régulier à la direction.
Mais aussi, vous aurez la responsabilité de mettre en œuvre un outil d’analyse de la performance dans un mode agile pour l’ensemble des usines de l’entreprise.
Pour cela vous devrez :
- Définir les informations à suivre,
- Définir la structure des données à mettre à disposition avec les services informatiques,
- Définir le format de restitution et d’analyse et le développer grâce à l’outil power bi,
- Lancer ce MVP avec deux usines pilotes dans l’optique de pouvoir l’élargir aux usines intéressées,
- Améliorer l’outil et lui apporter de nouvelles fonctions demandées par les utilisateurs.
Votre profil :
De formation Ingénieur ou cursus Universitaire (Bac+5), Vous avez idéalement une expérience d’environ 3 à 5 ans en tant que PMO en entreprise ou en cabinet de conseil et avez exercé dans le secteur de l’industrie.
La maîtrise de Power Bi sur une partie développement est attendue pour ce poste.
Sérieux et organisé, vous faîtes preuve d'initiative, d'autonomie et d’esprit d’équipe dans votre travail. La capacité à hiérarchiser et à établir des priorités d’actions selon les enjeux des activités sont également des qualités indispensables pour réussir dans cette mission.
Allemand courant impératif, bon niveau d'anglais.
Le poste nécessite des déplacements réguliers dans les différentes filiales de l’entreprise (Allemagne et autres pays d'Europe)
Le poste peut être basé à Auneau (28), à Biars sur Cère (46) ou éventuellement en Allemagne.
