Freelance Monday.com Workflow Builder (Senior Level) RemoteWe’re looking for a senior-level Monday.com specialist to help design and implement a fully customised task management system for a high-level client managing multiple businesses and complex personal workflows.This is a freelance role (approx. 15 hours/week) with an immediate start.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for building a robust, scalable Monday.com ecosystem (task management) that manages 5000+ tasks across business, personal, and family domains.You’ll work closely with the Executive VA (Chief of Staff ) who oversees a growing team of VAs and PAs.What You’ll Be BuildingCentral task management board(s) integrating multiple inputs (including Google Sheets)Build an automation that automatically sends emails from Gmail to Monday.com (Zapier)Role-based workflows for Personal VAs, Business Admins, and Local PAs (France)A dashboard for the client to see key updates and prioritiesAutomation flows (e.g. based on urgency, sensitivity, role)Sensitivity-level handling (low/medium/high) with access control and private board logicIntake form/process for capturing new tasks from the client’s brain, inbox, and calendarRequirementsProven experience building complex, multi-user Monday.com workflows - task managementFluent in automation logic, views, dashboards, permissions, and integrationsExperience working with remote teams and sensitive tasksStrong communicator, you’ll collaborate with a lead Executive VA and translate her operational strategy into platform executionFluent in English (secondary language French is a big plus)Familiarity with tools like Make.com or Zapier is a big plusIf you are in an EU time zone, this is a big plusDetailsFreelance / RemoteStart: ImmediatelyCommitment: Approx. 15 hours/week (flexible)Hourly rate: To be discussed based on experienceDuration: Initial project with potential for ongoing collaborationPlease send your CV and motivation to hello@idalieneverts.com or apply through LinkedIn EasyApply
