Area Sales Manager – France – Heavy Plant & Earthmoving MachineryWe are exclusively working with LiuGong Europe who are growing rapidly and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to promote the sales of LiuGong Earthmoving Machinery throughout France. This position plays a critical role in driving growth across their earthmoving portfolio across the Northern France Region.Role: Area Sales ManagerArea: Paris, with travel throughout FranceSalary: €84,000 per year + bonus + benefitsThe requirements of the Sales Manager will be:As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a prospective customer accounts within your territoryRegularly visit customers in the designated region to identify new machine sales opportunitiesSupport the Head of Sales in driving sales growth in the assigned areaBuild strong working relationships with customers to secure future business and ensure repeat sales.Stay updated on local market trends, industry standards, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the marketThe ideal candidate for Sales Manager will have:Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction equipment or heavy machinery industryExperience developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targetsStrong understanding of the construction equipment market, including trends, customer needs and competitor activityExperience in identifying sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, and securing long-term business partnershipsExcellent organisational skills to manage customer calls, sales pipeline, and follow up actions efficientlyAbility to communicate in English at a business levelThe package includes:Performance-based annual bonusVehicle allowanceFull expense coverage for business travelLaptop, phone, and tools providedHealth insurance and pension supportTraining opportunities and growth in a global businessApply online or call 0121 726 6590 for a confidential discussion / beth.jones@elitecn.co.ukElite Consultancy Network is a brand within the Executive Network Group.
