Client Overview:
Our client is a prominent company renowned for its commitment to excellence in manufacturing and supply chain management. They are currently in the process of implementing IFS Cloud, a state-of-the-art ERP solution, to optimise their operations and drive efficiency. In line with this initiative, we are seeking a skilled IFS Manufacturing Consultant to join their team and play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of this project.
Job Description:
As an IFS Manufacturing Consultant, you will be instrumental in supporting our client's IFS Cloud implementation project, with a specific focus on the Manufacturing module. Reporting directly to the Director of Site, who serves as the business process owner for IFS Manufacturing, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders and users to ensure a seamless transition to the new system.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise and support throughout the implementation and go-live phases of IFS Cloud, particularly within the Manufacturing module.
- Offer on-site support for 2 to 3 days per week, liaising closely with key users to address any issues and optimise system functionality.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between our client and their IFS partner, escalating technical issues and facilitating second and third-level support as needed.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users to ensure proficiency with the new system post-go-live.
- Work alongside the Director of Site and other stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies, fostering user adoption and maximising the benefits of the new system.
- Adhere to established implementation procedures and timelines, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Utilise your fluency in French to effectively communicate with French-speaking stakeholders and users.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with IFS ERP systems, specifically within the Manufacturing module.
- Previous involvement in supply chain management projects is highly advantageous.
- Fluent in French, with excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to translate technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and practices.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
- Certification in IFS or related ERP systems is considered a plus.
