Poste : Le CabRH, cabinet de recrutement et d'approche directe, recrute pour son client, un Sales Account Executive H/F pour une embauche en CDI.
Notre client est une entreprise innovante spécialisée dans l'évaluation environnementale des équipements électriques, électroniques et de génie climatique.
Aujourd'hui, la société regroupe 10 collaborateurs.
Vous intégrez une équipe commerciale composée de deux membres :
Un cofondateur/CEO qui a mis en place la stratégie commerciale actuelle.
Une assistante business development en charge de l'inbound marketing et de l'amont du funnel de prospection.
Les missions :
Gestion du cycle de vente complet :
Prospection : analyser et améliorer la stratégie commerciale actuelle, identifier de nouvelles opportunités et les développer.
Négociations : comprendre les besoins des prospects et rédiger des propositions sur mesure.
Contractualisation : gérer la signature des contrats et le suivi de facturation.
Suivi des missions : accompagner les experts ACV et gérer la planification des projets.
Développement des relations clients : fidéliser les clients existants et repérer des opportunités d'upsell.
Collecte et transmission d'insights :
Remonter les besoins clients au produit, proposer des supports pédagogiques pour le marketing, et effectuer une veille sectorielle.
Gestion :
Accompagner et prioriser les missions de l'assistante BD, en collaboration avec les cofondateurs.
Profil : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que grands comptes commerciaux, idéalement dans le SaaS.
Une capacité avérée à gérer le cycle de vente en autonomie.
Une maîtrise d'outils comme HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Kaspr, DropContact, Notion (ou équivalents).
Une excellente communication et un sens du service client.
Une appétence pour les environnements dynamiques et innovants.
Une sensibilité aux enjeux environnementaux et une volonté de contribuer à un projet porteur de sens.
