Rattaché(e) au Directeur Aas & Front Services, le Customer & Project Manager définit et supervise la conception d'une solution la plus adaptée à la demande du client ou du projet qui lui est confié dans le cadre de la solution de gestion d'actifs de TMF.

Vous serez, dans ce cadre, responsable de la définition, du traitement et du suivi opérationnel du projet. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les Product Owner, piloterez les projets de la définition des besoins à la livraison de la solution, en adéquation avec les engagements clients et/ou la stratégie produit définie.

Vos missions consisteront à :
  • Assurer la responsabilité du contenu fonctionnel du projet :
    • Pour les clients/projets dont aurez la charge, assurer les présentations clients/prospects de la solution de gestion d'actifs à la demande de la force commerciale, et/ou les présentations projets aux parties prenantes,
    • Réaliser les ateliers et réunions dédiés et rédiger les comptes rendus et documents associés,
    • Définir les besoins clients et/ou projet, et en traduire les spécifications fonctionnelles générales, les epics et les stories correspondantes,
    • Elaborer le coût de la mise en oeuvre de la solution et/ou du projet en collaboration avec l'équipe agile,
    • Définir et superviser la réalisation des prototypes et des tests fonctionnels en adéquation avec la demande client et/ou le cahier des charges du projets.
  • Assurer la conduite des projets :
    • Être garant de l'ensemble de la communication afférente au projet en interne comme en externe,
    • Coordonner, synthétiser, et assurer la qualité des validations prononcées,
    • Proposer au client/ou au responsable de la demande, ou en cours de projet, d'éventuelles modifications d'objectifs (qualité, coût, délai) liées à des contraintes de réalisation ou des modifications d'environnement,
    • Gérer le planning d'avancement du projet et reporter au management opérationnel et/ou hiérarchique,
  • Préparer, déployer le projet et mettre en oeuvre les actions d'accompagnement des utilisateurs :
    • Tester les éléments fonctionnels de la solution et/ou du projet en relation avec l'équipe agile,
    • S'assurer de la recette de la solution et/ou projet par le client et/ou demandeur
    • Déployer la solution auprès du client et des utilisateurs,
    • Mettre en oeuvre la formation et l'accompagnement des utilisateurs, en fonction de leurs besoins
  • Assurer le run de la solution client ou du projet :
    • Être garant du respect des engagements contractuels d'Econocom et des coûts de la solution,
    • Identifier des nouveaux besoins clients/du projet et traiter des demandes d'évolution en mode projet (gestion du changement),
  • Être garant de la meilleure adéquation entre la qualité, les coûts et les délais.


Profil

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Master - Bac+4/5 orienté écoles d'ingénieurs en informatique, télécoms et disposez idéalement d'une première expérience réussie en gestion de projets dans le domaine IT.

Vous faites preuve de réactivité et aimez travailler en équipe. Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et avec une forte capacité d'analyse, vos connaissances en gestion de projets, vos capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelles seront de réelles atouts pour mener à bien les missions confiées.

Vous maitrisez PMP, IPMA, ITIL et avez des connaissances sur plateforme ServiceNow. Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible et est basé à Puteaux, le long de la Seine (à 10 min à pied de l'arrêt Esplanade de la Défense, métro 1).
