Job Description

As a Service / Softgoods Product Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient organization and functioning of the road running, marketing, and design services, as well as managing cross-functional projects. You will work alongside management, managers, and employees across these various departments.

Your main tasks will include:

Administrative Organization of the Service

  • Organize team seminars and travel – support CONCUR (SAP)
  • Track orders/invoices for the service and input into the information system – support ARIBA for the teams
  • Maintain good management of the data library
  • Manage various shipments

Support for Product Development Process and Organization of Key Meetings (GTA / GTD / Design Validation, etc.)

  • Annual scheduling
  • Prepare agendas
  • Manage invitations and update attendees
  • Enter technical data into PIM / DAM and PLASMA systems
  • Coordinate the entry of technical data into the systems

Management of Showrooms, Rooms, and Storage Spaces

  • Ensure the visual quality of showrooms and marketing and design rooms (supplies, seasonal decoration, printing of visuals, etc.)
  • Coordinate and ensure the organization of our storage spaces

Organization of Product Samples

  • Seasonal management of samples (receipt, usage, and end of life)
  • Organize products required for E-Com photoshoots
  • Brief seasonal photographer
  • Brief interns

Coordination for Cross-Functional Tasks

  • Coordinate and monitor the intern integration process
  • Organize their training period
  • Follow up on cross-functional operational tasks (showrooms, storage areas, sample management, etc.)

Co-Management of the Sampling Process

  • Track data management with PLMs
  • Collaborate on the assembly and validation of purchase orders
  • Coordinate with factories

Miscellaneous

  • Sales portal: seasonal online updates of product lines and orders
  • Market communication
  • Support for cross-functional projects (SSL, Town halls, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Essential Knowledge: 5 of professional experience in an administrative or assistant role (ideally in a marketing or event management department). A strong interest in outdoor sports products is a plus.
  • Education: Associate's degree in administrative assistance
  • Languages: Fluent in English
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel)
  • Key Skills: Service orientation, efficiency, empathy, communication, proactivity, confidentiality, discretion, good interpersonal skills, strong writing and synthesis abilities, and attention to detail
