公司介绍：杭州华橙网络科技有限公司成立于2015年，是面向全球民用智慧物联网市场消费端的智能家居品牌。构建了乐橙安防、乐橙互联、乐橙机器人、乐橙IoT四大产品体系, 依托于乐橙AI能力以及乐橙云平台的支撑，为消费者提供全场景的家庭安全智能解决方案。通过前沿科技和智能产品，乐橙为每个用户竭力打造更加简单、安全、智能的生活。目前乐橙的用户规模已超过4500万，产品覆盖全球超过100个国家。工作职责:1，业务发展策略制定：根据对目标市场和竞品的洞察分析， 制定相应BP，分解承接公司的长期及短期目标任务。2、渠道开发。负责根据公司营销策略，执行销售和市场推广计划，积极寻找和审定渠道商，不断拓展，优化销售渠道，建成完善的渠道架构（线上，线下）。3、渠道管理。负责掌握和分析行业渠道态势，制定有效渠道策略，对渠道客户提供销售、技术售后、产品等方面的资源支持，保持与渠道客户的沟通，并共同推动产品营销和服务，收集市场和客户信息，做好渠道下沉，对渠道进行精细化管理。4、 销售管理。负责根据公司营销策略，实施公司产品和销售策略推广，进行销售预测，积极组织商务谈判，争取客户订单，完成销售目标，确保应收货款回款。5、 品牌推广。负责策划和组织品牌和产品在目标市场的推广活动，提升公司产品品牌的区域性影响力。岗位要求:1、具有3年欧洲市场CCTV行业分销渠道销售运营操盘经验，具备较强的开拓能力。2、 目标导向，自驱；勤奋，抗压，责任心和落地执行力强。3、英文听说读写流利。4、本科及以上学历。
