As a Key Account Manager, reporting to the country Sales Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and shaping the future of payments. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients - from Enterprise and Retail to Petro and Online Merchants - while actively hunting for new business opportunities. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine relationship management, strategic account growth, and market expansion. Strategic Growth & Business Development
Collaborate with management to define and execute revenue growth strategies.
Develop tailored business plans for strategic accounts and oversee their execution.
Account Management & Client Success
Sales Execution
Schedule and lead prospecting meetings with new and existing accounts.
Prepare compelling sales proposals and respond to RFPs/tenders.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals in alignment with company targets.
Support contract drafting and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce experience a plus) and produce clear reports on commercial activity.
Native French and advanced English (written and spoken).
~ 10+ years in B2B sales, ideally within the electronic payments industry.
~ Proven track record in complex, long-cycle sales environments.
~ Exceptional sales, negotiation, and prospecting skills with the ability to break into new markets.
~ Proficiency in Salesforce is an asset.
