* Former les clients à la meilleure utilisation de la plateforme et à la bonne prise en main des nombreuses fonctionnalités * Accompagner les clients dans la définition de leurs objectifs et l’élaboration de leurs programmes de Bug Bounty et VDP * Suivre l’activité des programmes de Bug Bounty des clients de façon régulière, analytique et structurée ;
* Entretenir une relation client sur le long terme afin d’offrir un accompagnement personnalisé, proportionné et pertinent * Initier les clients aux usages et bonnes pratiques du Bug Bounty et de la VDP pour assurer leur bonne adoption * Collecter les informations et indicateurs nécessaires au pilotage de l’activité de suivi de la satisfaction client
Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieurs, de management ou d’une grande université, vous a avez une expérience en conseil ou gestion de projet IT. Idéalement, vous disposez d’expérience ou de connaissances dans le domaine de la cybersécurité.* Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais écrit et oral, et vous êtes à l’aise pour animer des échanges dans cette langue. * Vous faîtes preuve de grandes capacités d’écoute, d’analyse et de synthèse, ainsi que d’une qualité d’expression écrite et orale que vous savez mettre au service des messages et conseils que vous délivrez. * Vous avez le goût du défi et vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement professionnel et technique complexe et stimulant. * Vous souhaitez gagner en autonomie et accompagner des projets. * Vous avez le sens du conseil et vous aimez le contact client. A ce titre, et chaque organisation ayant des besoins, des contraintes et des objectifs propres :
* Vous êtes naturellement dynamique, curieux et à l’écoute, ce qui vous permet d’identifier/anticiper les besoins des clients pour leur offrir des réponses et des conseils personnalisés qui enrichiront leur expérience * Vous disposez d’une **culture IT et cybersécurité** qui vous permet d’être à l’aise avec tous types de problématiques et d’interlocuteurs (PME, ETI, Grands Comptes) * Vos qualités humaines et professionnelles vous permettent de construire une relation de confiance avec les clients, que vous consoliderez sur le long terme grâce à votre disponibilité et vos conseils avisés.
