**The role you’ll play**:
We are looking for a French and English-speaking Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in the Paris region. You will enter a role where you get to be in charge of an existing customer portfolio, where you will find yourself as the key advisor for your customers. Working closely with your peers in different departments, you will work with customer satisfaction, meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations, and guiding and maintaining a great experience and outcome for your customers. You will collect insights and conduct meetings and proactive outreach to optimize and expand current collaboration with the customer.

**The team you’ll be a part of**:
You will be part of a larger team of 25+ great customer success colleagues representing the Belgium & France & UK team. We have diverse backgrounds and different experiences but share a passion for our customers to succeed.
On a day-to-day basis, you will work in a team of three members, currently consisting of 1 Customer Success Manager and 1 Customer Advisor. We are missing our 3rd member and that is where you come into the picture. You will report to the Paris Soisy Customer Success Director. Your direct leader values openness, team spirit and mutual respect. She believes that motivation, eagerness to learn and a “I can do better” attitude as well as tenacity are key components for success. In the team, we also like to have fun, eat and socialize and we go out for fun activities once in a while.

- Embracing and driving Customer Success to become a trusted advisor
- Building and managing account relationship including outreach and business reviews in customer life-cycle stages
- Building account Success Plans
- Conducting regular discovery meetings with the customers you will be responsible for
- Driving portfolio development through up

- Proving our value to your customers through data points, reports and initiatives
- Being a team player and working closely with your colleagues of all departments

What you’ll need to bring
- Fluency in French and English language (spoken and written)
- A Bachelor/Master’s degree within a relevant area (preferred)
- A professional background within commercial and sales
- Experience in operational planning and execution of customer-oriented activities to deliver on targets
- Knowledge of how to maintain and develop relationships with new stakeholders from existing portfolio
- An interest in technology and a quick learner when it comes to IT and software
- The ability to develop and present best-fit solutions for your customers while taking into account continuous improvements in efficiency and automation of workflows
