Multimatic Product Services (MPS) specializes in providing Product Engineering and Sales Management activities to the global customer base and supporting our internal business units. The Technical Sales Manager for MPS France will be responsible for leading the sales initiatives in France and surrounding regions. The Technical Sales Manager will work directly with the customers and internal Multimatic groups to support the customers’ needs as the local company representative.

Exchange commercial information and build relationships within the company and its customers as a reliable local presence.
Pursue new business opportunities with customers, market segments, and products that satisfy the needs of the company.
Lead the quoting efforts for commercial negotiations and provide information required to develop responses.
Lead the development of customer technical review presentations for new business opportunities, ongoing business, and high-level management reviews.
Identify and proactively support discussions to determine strategic direction to enhance profitability and proficiency of Multimatic.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited University is required.
Automotive Industry experience (10+ years) in technical sales at a Tier-1 supplier or equivalent.
Must be fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, and writing). Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Up to 25% travel – local and international.
The ability to work in an office environment.
