The Account Managers team is comprised of driven individuals who are deeply motivated to exceed client expectations. In today's highly competitive and dynamic business environment, the role of the head of account manager has become crucial for the success and growth of any organization. Your mission is to lead and manage a growing team of Account Managers, ensuring our customers’ efficient onboarding, satisfaction, retention and revenue growth.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers.
Client Relationship Management:
Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance and address any issues or concerns.
~ Develop and implement account management strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Prepare and present regular reports on account activity, performance, and profitability to senior management.
Identify and address any issues or risks that could impact account performance.
~ Gather and act on client feedback to continuously improve the account management process.
~ Business Development:
Work with the business development team to acquire new clients and expand the client base.
Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
~ Financial Management:
Oversee the budgeting and financial performance of the account management department.
Ensure that all accounts are profitable and that revenue targets are achieved.
Manage pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.
~ Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the account management function.

Referral Bonus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
~ Extensive experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably within the payment industry.
Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement effective account management strategies.
Strong analytical skills to monitor account performance and make data-driven decisions.
Negotiation and contract management skills to secure terms and agreements with clients.
Proficiency in CRM (efficy) software and other account management tools
