Dans le cadre d’un immense projet hydrogène (H2) à forte visibilité, nous recherchons un Contract Manager expérimenté pour piloter les aspects contractuels d’une initiative stratégique visant à accélérer la transition énergétique.
En tant que Contract Manager , vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion et l’optimisation des contrats liés à ce projet complexe. Vous interviendrez à chaque étape du cycle de vie contractuel pour garantir la conformité, la performance et la satisfaction des parties prenantes.
Gestion contractuelle
Piloter la gestion des contrats EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) et autres contrats liés au projet.
Assurer la conformité des activités du projet avec les termes contractuels.
Superviser la préparation, la négociation et l’approbation des avenants et des modifications de contrat.
Prévention et gestion des litiges
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des réclamations, en collaboration avec les équipes juridiques et techniques.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projet, les équipes d’ingénierie, les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants.
Jouer un rôle clé dans les réunions de projet pour anticiper les risques contractuels et commerciaux.
Gestion des risques et des performances
Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de gestion des risques contractuels.
Proposer des solutions innovantes pour optimiser la gestion des coûts et maximiser la valeur des contrats.
Formation : Bac +5 en droit des affaires, en ingénierie ou en gestion de projets avec une spécialisation en gestion contractuelle.
Expérience : Minimum 7 ans d’expérience en gestion contractuelle sur des projets industriels complexes (idéalement dans l’hydrogène, les énergies renouvelables ou l’industrie).
Solides connaissances des contrats EPC, FIDIC ou équivalents.
Langues : Anglais courant obligatoire (écrit et oral).
