Vous suivrez les méthodes Agile/Kanban et encouragerez le partage des connaissances au sein de l'équipe.
Avec une approche DevSecOps, vous vous assurerez que l'équipe mette à jour les logiciels pour les clients SaaS, intègre la sécurité dans les développements, et gère les systèmes d'alerte et de surveillance. Vous dirigerez une équipe de développeurs en pleine croissance (de 2 à 5 personnes), en les aidant à se développer, en améliorant les processus et en veillant à un flux de travail continu.
Vous participerez activement à la programmation (front-end, back-end, CI/CD) comme membre clé de l'équipe.
Vous maîtrisez : Java Spring Boot et / ou Python, Microservices, HTML/CSS, TypeScript
Vous avez une première expérience en management d’équipe ou avez une réelle appétence
