Ce que tu feras :

  • Vous travaillerez avec le Product Owner pour améliorer constamment les livrables. Vous collaborerez avec les autres équipes et le CTO pour assurer un système stable, fiable et fonctionnel.
  • Vous suivrez les méthodes Agile/Kanban et encouragerez le partage des connaissances au sein de l'équipe.
  • Avec une approche DevSecOps, vous vous assurerez que l'équipe mette à jour les logiciels pour les clients SaaS, intègre la sécurité dans les développements, et gère les systèmes d'alerte et de surveillance. L'équipe fournira aussi un support expert en débogage aux autres équipes.
  • Vous dirigerez une équipe de développeurs en pleine croissance (de 2 à 5 personnes), en les aidant à se développer, en améliorant les processus et en veillant à un flux de travail continu.
  • Vous participerez activement à la programmation (front-end, back-end, CI/CD) comme membre clé de l'équipe.

Profil recherché :

  • Vous maîtrisez : Java Spring Boot et / ou Python, Microservices, HTML/CSS, TypeScript
  • Vous êtes adepte des bonnes pratiques de code : Clean code, TDD, peer reviews and/or pair coding
  • Vous avez déjà travaillé avec Kubernetes & les containers docker et êtes rompu(e) à la CI/CD
  • Vous avez une première expérience en management d’équipe ou avez une réelle appétence
  • Vous souhaitez travailler sur des sujets d’intelligence artificielle
