Notre client, grand groupe industriel intervenant sur les secteurs Aéronautique & Spatial, recherche un Head of Business Development H/F.

Malgré la crise, l’industrie aéronautique et spatiale fait face à des enjeux de taille qu’il est d’autant plus urgent de prendre en compte. Innovation, automatisation, maîtrise des coûts, écologie, font parti des nombreux sujets à développer. Des perspectives de croissance favorables se présentent donc pour ces secteurs, ce qui nécessite le déploiement d’une stratégie tournée sur l’avenir. 

Afin d'accompagner notre client dans ce challenge de taille, nous recherchons un : 

Head of Business Development H/F

 

Le poste est basé à Toulouse.

 

En tant qu’ Head of Business Development , vous êtes responsable de la mise en œuvre et du déploiement de la stratégie commerciale pour le Groupe sur la région Toulousaine.

Vous êtes garant de la rentabilité financière de votre activité en gérant les aspects commerciaux, opérationnels et managériaux, tout en étant en phase avec les valeurs, la stratégie et le mode de fonctionnement de l’entreprise.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer le développement de la relation client en développant la vision stratégique et le lobbying clients de haut niveau ;
  • Garantir la performance de votre périmètre à travers le pilotage de l'activité commerciale ;
  • La gestion P&L ;
  • Piloter les équipes : recrutement, accompagnement…
  • Superviser l’ensemble des activités de votre périmètre.

Compétences requises

  • Formation supérieure de niveau Bac + 5 (école d’ingénieur ou de commerce) ;
  • Expérience professionnelle solide sur des fonctions managériales et commerciales (minimum 4 ans) ;
  • Gestion de clients grands comptes et lobbying commercial ;
  • Connaissance des secteurs Aéronautique & Spatial fortement appréciée ;
  • Leadership, orientation résultat et esprit communiquant.
