About EUSEA & GPBD Business Unit
EUSEA & Global Parcel Business Development BU is the leader in the globalization and marketization of Cainiao's business, responsible for the construction of overseas local logistics networks in Europe and Southeast Asia. The business segments include:
# Overseas Local Express Delivery: COE has now taken shape, and overall order volume has increased to a new level.
# Freight Supply Chain: Building local freight and supply chain networks
# Logistics Technology Innovation: Specialized products such as market-oriented self-pickup lockers, IoT, SaaS, etc.
Job Description
- Organization of sorting operations, including operational plans, sorting capacity, staff planning, etc.
- Planning of daily and weekly operations according to parcel projections and delivery partner capacity.
- Coordination with internal teams: Linehaul, Delivery, Commercial Equipment, Quality, Projects, etc.
- Cost control.
- Monitoring and control of operating costs and material consumption.
- Control of quality indicators and customer satisfaction.
- Coordination with quality team for daily and weekly monitoring of quality indicators.
Job Requirements
- 5 years in a similar position.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Pack Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience with WMS
- KPI management and results orientation.
- Reporting and root cause analysis.
Proven skills
- Operations management and multidisciplinary teams.
- Cost management.
- Leadership of local and associated teams.
- Internal and external communication.
