1 consultant immobilier Senior (à partir de 2 ans d’expérience)
1 consultant Junior (diplôme Immobilier + alternance)
1 agent commercial indépendant
Conseiller les entreprises dans leurs recherches de bureau : établir le cahier des charges, proposer les offres
Garantir le suivi administratif ainsi que le suivi des dossiers et la finalisation des transactions en vente et location
Nous vous apportons un service de communication de qualité auprès des professionnels de votre secteur : participation au salons dont le SIMI, Flyers, pose de panneaux, fourniture d’un fichier client qualifié pour la réalisation de prospection téléphonique & aide par un prospecteur intégré à l’agence, accès au site LA PLACE DE L’IMMOBILIER (HBS RESEARCH), TELESCOP, diffusion sur les sites spécialisées SE LOGER et BUREAUXLOCAUX…
