Notre client, une banque acteur majeur en France du financement des entreprises et de l’investissement, recherche un.Analyste Risques Résilience senior
Au sein de la Direction des Risques Groupe, vous intégrez la Direction des Politiques et de la Stratégie Risques. elle structure le cadre de gestion des risques du Groupe (RAS / RAF), en assurant la résilience du Groupe et en pilotant le capital économique et réglementaire (ICAAP et Allocation).
Au sein de l’équipe Appétit au Risque & Résilience composée d’une manager et de 4 personnes, nous recherchons un.A ce titre, vous porterez principalement les missions liées à la résilience financière et opérationnelle au travers des exercices stratégiques suivants :
Participer à l’élaboration du Plan Préventif de Rétablissement (Recovery Plan) en y intégrant les évolutions réglementaires et les attentes du Superviseur bancaire européen ;
Participation active et régulière à de nombreux ateliers de travail avec les différentes Directions de la banque
Contribution au dialogue permanent avec le régulateur bancaire européen et l’autorité centrale de résolution européenne
Vous êtes Ingénieur ou diplômé.e d’un Master en Finance et/ou en Gestion des risques
Vous disposez d’une expérience professionnelle de 5 ans minimum sur des fonctions risques, contrôle, audit interne, inspection générale ou dans un cabinet de conseil spécialisé en risques dans le secteur bancaire
Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la gestion des risques (financiers, non-financiers, opérationnels) et avez travaillé sur des thématiques liées à la résilience financière (Plan Préventif de Rétablissement, Plan de Résolution, Plans de Contingence) ; Vous pratiquez aisément le travail en mode projet impliquant la coordination de différentes Directions (PMO)
Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office, et êtes à l’aise avec la manipulation de données
Votre niveau d’anglais est professionnel
