Join us as an Account Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding Akeneo's presence within our key Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Spot and seize upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value and align with customer needs.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to secure long-term partnerships with key Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Contract negotiation: Lead contract discussions, managing terms, pricing and legal negotiations while balancing customer retention with revenue growth goals.
Use data to maintain accurate forecasts, identify risks, and uncover opportunities.
Proactively address customer challenges to prevent churn and escalate critical issues to senior management when needed to ensure timely resolution.
You have proven experience in Account Management or as a Customer Success Manager, managing upsell and cross-sell opportunities in the mid-market and enterprise segments in the B2B SaaS industry.
You have experience leading contract negotiations.
You have strong analytical skills and use data (customer data, product usage, etc.) You speak English and French fluently.
