Directeur Régional H/F région Centre Au sein de notre équipe commerciale, vous encadrez une équipe commerciale terrain sur la région Centre en optimisant les ressources humaines, financières, marketing et commerciales auprès de nos clients, en accord avec la stratégie et les objectifs déterminés par l’entreprise.
Couverture explicite et développement stratégique des comptes / clients prioritaires sélectionnés ;
Coordonne toutes les parties prenantes DS impliquées sur leur région (ex : équipe de vente, Responsable Grands Comptes Collectivités, etc.) ;
Collabore étroitement avec les Responsables Grands Comptes Collectivités pour gérer les problématiques des distributeurs sur leur région, ainsi qu’avec le Manager de la distribution, afin de s’assurer de la bonne conduite de la politique commerciale ;
Travaille sur le potentiel et le ciblage des actions de prospection et d’appels sortants ;
RH (évaluation, pose de congés, etc…), Finance (suivi des budgets, analyse dashboard), suivi et relai de la bonne utilisation du CRM (Sales Force) ;
Capacité à manager et à développer son équipe sur le long terme (gestion des conflits, identification des talents) ;
Connaissance dumilieu dentaire très désirable ;
Bon niveau d’anglais ;
