Descriptif du posteNous sommes Talkspirit, une entreprise française qui évolue dans le SaaS depuis 20 ans. Notre expertise s'est construite autour de solutions qui accompagnent les organisations dans leur transformation digitale, à travers deux outils : Talkspirit, notre plateforme collaborative tout en un, et Holaspirit, qui aide à implémenter une gouvernance agile.Nous travaillons avec des grands comptes et des PME, aussi bien dans le secteur public que privé. Profil recherchéEn tant que Senior Partnership Manager/Channel Partner, tu travailleras pour soutenir le développement commercial via les ventes indirectes.Au quotidien cela signifie :Contribution directe au pipeline et aux objectifs de croissance de l'entrepriseIdentifier, recruter et manager des partenaires cibles : Cartographier et qualifier les partenaires pertinents et les intégrer de manière efficace. Assurer le community management et le suivi des partenaires existants dans les marchés clé France, DACH et Benelux.Négociation et suivi des contrats de partenariat : Conclure des accords, assurer un suivi régulier, et garantir la génération de leads de qualité.Formation aux solutions : Former les partenaires à nos cas d'usage et à l'ensemble de nos produits.Reporting & Analyses : Assurer un suivi régulier de ton activité dans le CRM, mesurer les performances liés aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise, participation à la rédaction des rapports exécutifs mensuels.Répartition de la mission :50% : Animation et gestion de la communauté de partenaires50% : Développement du réseau de partenairesTu es diplômé·e d'une école de commerce ou titulaire d'un Master/MBA en commerce, marketing, ou équivalent.Français : Excellente aisance, à l'oral comme à l'écritAnglais : Niveau C1 minimum, idéalement bilingueCe que nous offrons :Jusqu'à 3 jours de télétravail par semaine (post période d'essaie)Bureaux en plein cœur de Paris, situés dans le 9èmeTitres déjeuner de 10€Chez Talkspirit, nous valorisons la diversité sous toutes ses formes et nous nous engageons à créer un environnement inclusif.
