Are you ready to embark on this meaningful journey with us?Your RoleRoleAs the Head of the Sustainable Power Commodity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable power solutions, including combustion engines powered by Diesel, HVO, or Hydrogen, fuel cells, and engine auxiliary systems (such as thermal management and filtration). In this role, you will:Lead with Trust and Vision: Inspire and empower your team to excel.Foster Creativity and Innovation: Explore new opportunities and approaches to enhance your leadership and expertise.Manage a Global, Diverse Team: Cultivate an inclusive, high-performing environment across different cultures.Build Strong Supplier Relationships: Drive excellence in quality, sustainability, capacity, and costs to maintain a competitive edge for our customers.Lead High-Level Business Review Meetings (BRM): Engage with key partners to drive strategic discussions.Drive Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with major sustainable power accounts.Develop Business Strategies: Work cross-functionally to create effective strategies in your area of expertise.Co-Lead the Powertrain Global Technical Council (Powertrain GTC): Influence business-related decision-making.Who Are You?You are a dynamic and purpose-driven leader who thrives on making an impact.
