Requirements:

• 10+ years of senior business consulting experience on integrated treasury management systems platforms or core banking systems
• Broad functional coverage across multiple business domains (Front Office, Back Office, Credit Risk, Accounting)
• End-to-end business process analysis expertise within treasury or banking environments
• Strong ability to analyse and ensure functional consistency across business requirements, system configuration and target operating models
• Experience in solution design, validation and arbitration across business domains
• Proven capability to identify and drive resolution of critical functional gaps, including guarantee and collateral management, fiduciary management and cross-cutting architectural risks
• Experience supporting complex functional design topics and facilitating workshops with business users and vendor teams
• Ability to challenge vendor solutions and recommendations by assessing alignment with business requirements and identifying functional gaps or excessive customisation
• Experience defining and validating reporting functionalities within treasury or banking systems
• Knowledge of data warehouse integration principles and data governance mechanisms
• Experience defining testing strategies and coordinating User Acceptance Testing activities
• Strong ability to work at both detailed and high-level views, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams

Job description:

• Provide transversal functional expertise across multiple business areas within a treasury management system implementation programme
• Conduct end-to-end business process analysis across Front Office, Back Office, Credit Risk and Accounting domains
• Ensure functional consistency and cross-domain alignment between business requirements, system configuration choices and target operating model
• Support solution design, validation and arbitration across business domains, acting as a transversal functional reference
• Monitor, analyse and drive the resolution of critical functional gaps, including guarantee and collateral management configuration, fiduciary management configuration and other cross-cutting areas
• Provide in-depth knowledge support including complex functional design topics, contribution to workshops and deep-dive sessions, and clarification of system capabilities and limitations
• Challenge system vendor solutions and design choices by assessing alignment with business requirements, identifying functional gaps and proposing alternative solutions
• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, project leadership and vendor teams to ensure informed decision-making on complex functional topics
• Contribute to functional governance, xuezdbg including preparation of decision material and escalation of unresolved issues
• Follow up on internal audit recommendations related to referential data quality and controls, including assessment of remediation within the system and validation of data ownership and governance mechanisms
• Define and validate reporting functionalities, identifying native capabilities, assessing gaps and ensuring alignment across operational, risk, accounting and management reporting requirements
• Support the articulation between the treasury management system and the in-house data warehouse, including data sourcing decisions, data quality controls and reconciliation principles
• Define and support the testing strategy for the programme, including the overall testing approach and functional test plan
• Coordinate and support functional testing activities during User Acceptance Testing, including alignment of scenarios, coordination of business users, defect analysis and validation of critical requirements
