Location & commitments:Flexible location within EuropeFull-time positionInternational role with up to 80% travel across EuropeHybrid work modelSmart onboarding with access to e-learning platformsOpportunity to work on large-scale international projectsYour IMPACT:In this highly visible role, you will lead and support the execution of strategic customer projects across Europe, ensuring operational excellence, risk mitigation, and a consistent customer experience across multiple countries.
You will act as a senior escalation point for complex and critical projects, collaborating closely with customers, general contractors, local project teams, engineering teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders.

The position requires travel across Europe and offers the opportunity to shape the future delivery model of large-scale Digital Buildings and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Your

Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the successful execution of strategic Digital Buildings projects across Europe.
Act as the primary coordination point between customers, general contractors, local project managers, engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Ensure consistent project execution standards, engineering methodologies and documentation across multiple countries.
Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks, issues and opportunities for improvement.
Drive resolution of project escalations while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Support local project teams during critical project phases, including commissioning and handover activities.
Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, budget and quality commitments.
Implement and maintain robust project governance, reporting and change control processes.
Participate in project reviews, operational meetings and critical customer escalations.
Coach and support local Project Managers, helping to increase project management maturity across the region.
Drive knowledge sharing, lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives within the project organization.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Support tender and sales teams in developing competitive and executable project solutions.
Provide regular project status updates and executive reporting to management stakeholders.
Contribute to the evolution of Schneider Electric's European project delivery model, taking ownership of increasingly strategic and complex projects.

Your Profile
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within an international and matrix organization.
Experience managing complex building automation, Digital Buildings, Data Center, mission-critical infrastructure or industrial automation projects.
Strong track record of leading large-scale customer projects involving multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
Good understanding of Digital Buildings solutions, Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), power monitoring solutions or related technologies.
Experience working with Data Centers is highly preferred.
Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) is considered a strong advantage.
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Additional European language(s) will be considered an asset.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to lead remote and cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-facing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to make decisions in complex environments with incomplete information.
Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Willingness to travel across Europe (up to 80% of working time).
