We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to join a strategic, large-scale digital transformation program within an international banking environment.

You will work alongside development and technical teams to strengthen security practices, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure the reliability and performance of modern applications.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines and runners.
- Drive application security initiatives and vulnerability management.
- Integrate security and quality tools into development workflows.
- Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop automation scripts and improve DevOps tooling.
- Ensure monitoring, technical documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with technical leads and international teams to standardize best practices.
- Scripting: Bash, Python, PowerShell
- Monitoring: Dynatrace, ELK, Grafana
- Other: PostgreSQL, Keycloak, Java/Spring Boot environment
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps.
- Strong expertise in GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, and application security.
- Hands-on experience with automation and vulnerability management.
- Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot environments is a plus. xuezdbg
