- Ensure the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system remains a best-in-class capability for the Group
- Enhance the ERM system as a strategic asset to help Airbus navigate challenges and capture opportunities
- Ensure risk management framework is robust, digitalized, and embedded in operational decision-making
- Support the continuous improvement of the ERM process
- Act as a 'critical friend' to the business, challenging teams on risk assessments
- Synthesize complex risk data into clear, actionable insights for the Finance Committee, Top Management, and Board of Directors
- Animate the global ERM network, breaking down silos and sharing best practices across divisions
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in Finance with a specialization in Risk Management
- Fluent level in English is required
- Strong continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to drive xuezdbg mindset change towards anticipation
