Context
For one of our clients, a major international EPCI contractor, we are looking for a Lead Installation Methods Engineer to join their Subsea Methods Engineering team.
The role is based in their Paris office and covers the coordination and technical supervision of installation methods engineering, in close contact with project, operations, client and subcontractor teams.
What you will do

- Coordinate installation methods engineering activities, providing technical and administrative supervision
- Review engineers' procedures and calculations against offshore requirements
- Support the installation team onboard and advise vessel management on technical matters
- Participate in critical offshore operations and capture lessons learned
- Interface with project teams, offshore operations, clients and subcontractors
- Ensure checklists and installation documents are completed and transmitted to the QC coordinator
What you bring
- Lead-level experience in subsea installation methods engineering on Oil & Gas projects
- Experience supervising engineers and reviewing technical deliverables
- Offshore vessel experience, including critical operations
- BOSIET + CA-EBS (OPITO certified) and MFC (OGUK certified), mandatory for offshore travel
- Fluent English, written and spoken
