- Advise and support management on all legal-related issues
- Provide extensive legal counsel; negotiate and review software license and service agreements from partners, suppliers, and our customers worldwide
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including but not limited to the further development of EQS Group’s internal compliance structure
- Participation in the further development of standard contracts and general terms and conditions
- Various project work, e.g., review and consistent updating of contract forms in the respective national language, as well as the follow-up of contract translations
- Supporting sales in structuring transactions and accelerating the sales contracting process
Understanding of economic contextsHigh service orientation as well as an independent and result-oriented way of workingProficient communication skills in English and French (C1). Another European language is a plusAbility to efficiently handle changing tasks under time pressure and to set the required prioritiesProven experience practicing xuezdbg independently or in the legal department of a technology company, ideally with a focus on software license and service agreements and an international environmentEnjoys a highly collaborative environment and interdisciplinary workNegotiating skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressureUniversity degree in law
