The Software & Fintech team has an unparalleled track record having closed 36 transactions over the past 36 months, 72% of these involved European PE sponsors Exposure to cross-border deals with our international teams (Munich, London, Stockholm, Oslo & New York) Executing transactions including the leading and management of the deal execution process Building origination and business development skills Management and training of more junior team members Supporting senior bankers and contributing to the overall development of the team and franchise. xuezdbg
Requirements Between 4
- 8 years’ previous investment banking experience from an investment bank, boutique or Big 4 transaction services or M&A team Deal experience in Tech or TMT would be a plus Interest in tech, innovation, growth, etc.
As a VP, capable of leading a deal team Outstanding academic track record Fluent in English and French Exceptional analytical and financial skills Self-starter and motivated to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial team Strong team player with good team building and development skills.
