Working together, let’s put our time and talents together to advance human health for tomorrow. Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible. The West&North Field Applications Manager is responsible for the managing Flow application teams in France, UK, Nedherlands and Sweden.In the role the West&NorthFlow  Applications Manager will oversee the implementation of impactful KPIs, leveraging key relationships with internal and external Senior leaders.This position reports to the EMEA Flow Cytometry Application managr and is part of the Commercial Organization located in EMEA and will be fully remote in France. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:1.

Lead a high-impact regional team dedicated to provide Flow application support to West and North Markets, driving strategic initiatives and measurable performance improvements.2.

Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders, influencing decision-making and aligning application strategies with broader business goals.3.

Leading  support in key markets to build strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions to partners and customers.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent and 3+ years’ experience in Science/Medical/Clinical field.High level knowledge in Flow Cytometry with a strong background in Immunology and hematology supported by previous roles in the industry. Leadership and Team ManagementExperience in managing a regional or cross-functional applications teamsAbility to implement and track impactful KPIs to drive performance and alignment.Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic InfluenceFluency in English is a must, French language as additional language would be preferred to facilitate the cmmunication with French clinical customers.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel up to 50% within the region and beyond for essential trainings and meetings.Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Master’s or PhD degree in a science field. Strong oral and written communications skills.Problem solving and project management skills.Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
