An industrial food group in formation, specializing in premium frozen snacking, resulting from the merger of two production companies located in the southern suburbs of Paris.

Following a merger and acquisition transaction scheduled for the first half of 2026, the future Group will represent:
- Approximately 40 million euros in revenue
- 3 factories, representing 13,000 m² of production space
In this context of growth and structuring, we are creating a Group CFO position.
Your roleReporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for all administrative and financial dimensions of the future Group, with a key role in the consolidation and professionalization of the two entities.
Your main responsibilities:1. Financial Management & Strategy- Build and drive the financial strategy in alignment with the Group's development plan
- Establish and ensure reliable budgets, forecasts, reporting and dashboards (P&L, cash, investments)
- Manage working capital, cash flow and key financial KPIs
- Support Management in investment, restructuring and organizational decisions
- Participate in securing subsidies and optimizing investment financing
- Deliver regular and reliable reporting to the Board and shareholders
- Structure and strengthen management control across industrial sites
- Monitor and optimize margins, production costs and profitability by activity
- Analyze financial performance by site, product line and customer, and propose optimization plans
- Lead and upskill the administrative and financial teams of both companies
- Ensure reliable financial reporting, quality of closings and deadline compliance
- Oversee insurance contracts
- Optimize tax efficiency and manage relationships with auditors and banks
- Establish Group processes, tools and best practices
- Lead transformation projects: digitalization, function centralization, paradigm shifts
- Support post-acquisition integration and potential future growth through acquisition
- Be a genuine business partner to the CEO and site managers
- Advanced degree in finance, accounting, management or audit (Bachelor's +5 equivalent, business school, Master's in accounting, DSCG, etc.)
- Proven experience as CFO or Financial Director in an industrial SME or mid-market company, ideally in food
- Strong skills in performance management, industrial management control and accounting oversight
- Experience in structuring / external growth / company integration appreciated
- Entrepreneurial xuezdbg mindset: capable of building, getting hands-on and evolving the organization
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills
- Natural leadership, ability to engage and structure multi-site teams
- Fluent English, both spoken and written (international context / external stakeholders)
- A key, operational and strategic role at the heart of creating an industrial Group
- High level of autonomy and responsibility, in direct contact with the CEO and Board
