Technical / Functional Skills

• Strong expertise in PLM ecosystems (e.g., 3DX / Teamcenter / Windchill or equivalent)
• Proven experience managing large transformation programs including deployment, rollout, and industrialization
• Deep understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle processes (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
• Experience with multi-country, multi-vendor delivery models
• Strong knowledge of Agile / SAFe methodologies and hybrid delivery models
• Exposure to digital transformation initiatives including Industry 4.0, MES, ALM, and integration landscapes
• Experience defining and implementing governance models, KPIs, and transformation frameworks
• Ability to drive automation, AI adoption, and process optimization within engineering and IT landscapes
• Strong stakeholder management skills at CXO level
• Fluent in English and French

Experience Required

• Extensive experience in PLM program delivery and governance
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs (>10M€ programs)
• Experience in aerospace or discrete manufacturing domain (highly preferred)
• Experience in managing distributed teams and offshore delivery models
• Experience in risk management, compliance, and critical program recovery

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end PLM transformation programs, including design, deployment, and rollout
• Act as the single point of accountability for program delivery, financials, and governance
• Manage executive-level stakeholders and ensure alignment with business strategy
• Define and implement program governance, reporting, and KPI frameworks
• Drive value delivery and business outcomes, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Lead multi-stream coordination across engineering, IT, and digital initiatives
• Ensure strong integration between PLM and adjacent systems (MES, ERP, ALM, etc.)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and AI use cases
• Anticipate xuezdbg and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Lead global teams (onshore/offshore) and ensure high delivery performance
• Support strategic roadmap definition for PLM and digital engineering transformation
• Ensure quality, compliance, and industrialization of delivery processes
