No Oracle experience? That’s fine if you have experience implementing finance systems.
As a Senior Associate in our European Oracle ERP team, you will play a key role in delivering client engagements and driving growth in our Oracle practice across Europe.
Your Role: Subject Matter Expert and Key Project ContributorProject Delivery & Operational Excellence- Act as a functional or technical expert on Oracle Cloud ERP transformation projects, from solution design to production.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution within your area of responsibility.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client teams, including German-speaking stakeholders, by providing strong project follow-up and transparent communication.
- Contribute to client satisfaction and help identify opportunities for improvement and service expansion.
- Participate in pre-sales activities by providing functional and technical expertise.
- Contribute to the development of value propositions for both existing and prospective clients.
- Actively contribute to the European Oracle team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Mentor and support more junior consultants on client engagements.
- Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in consulting or within a client organisation, working on Oracle ERP transformation programs.
- Functional Expertise: You possess strong expertise in Oracle ERP Finance and related modules (GL, AR, AP etc.)
- Project Leadership: You have significant experience leading and delivering consulting engagements within complex transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Skills: You build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and are comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Mobility: You are willing to travel across Europe as needed to support clients and collaborate with project teams.
- Teamwork: You enjoy working in collaborative environments and actively contribute to a positive team culture.
- Languages: Professional fluency in both German and English is essential. xuezdbg French language skills are considered a plus.
