Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your worldResponsibilities:As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you shape the financial and operational direction of the Colmar site and contribute to its long-term successYou lead the Finance, Controlling and Supply Chain functions and drive sustainable business performanceThrough budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis, you provide the insights needed to drive profitability and informed decision-makingWorking closely with Operations, Division and Group stakeholders, you identify opportunities to improve financial performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organizationEffective governance, internal controls, compliance and investment management are part of your responsibility to safeguard the company's financial interestsIn addition, you oversee key sourcing and procurement activities and contribute to strategic supply chain decisionsBy developing and empowering your team, you foster a collaborative and high-performance cultureQualifications:You hold a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantageYou have proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams within a manufacturing environmentBeyond strong financial expertise, you bring a solid understanding of operational, procurement and supply chain processesYou communicate confidently across all organizational levels and are experienced in partnering with senior leadership teams in an international, matrix-driven organizationYou are familiar with Operational Excellence principles as well as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 standardsFluency in French and English (at least at C1 level) is required; German language skills are an advantage‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer xuezdbg that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
