Job Summary: The Scrum Master plays a critical role in maximizing delivery performance and team effectiveness within the M7 Trading product team, in a business and product-oriented organization.

You will act as a system-level enabler, supporting the team and the wider organization to remove constraints, improve collaboration, and continuously enhance delivery performance - while maintaining a clear boundary from product decision-making.
