As the true partner of the Payroll & Personnel Administration Manager for Europe, you will work within a French and European scope (7 countries) and manage the payroll of employees (300 employees) across various entities of the Match Group operating in this region (Meetic, Match, Tinder, Hinge, etc.).
Fully integrated into the European Human Resources team, the role is based in Paris, does not require travel, and allows up to 2 days of remote work per week.

Role Overview
- Performing semi-outsourced payroll process : collecting, entering and verifying all variable payroll elements (all type of absences, overtime, bonuses, on-call duties, etc)
- Managing HR administration for Europe and acting as a backup for French administration.
- Managing end-to-end administrative processes for employee lifecycle events, including personalized 1:1 onboarding for new joiners.
- Building trust and maintaining regular communication with employees to ensure clarity.
Must-Have
- Bringing a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in French payroll.
- Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Highly adaptable with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and plan tasks.
- Experience managing equity plans.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of Workday.
- Familiarity with SOX audit requirements.
- Experience in European or international payroll management.

- Within this HR team, the Payroll sub-team is made up of 2 dedicated members.
