Lead advisory mandates in the French market. Paris remains one of the most active CRE markets in Europe, so we need a senior advisor who can operate at the level the market demands.

Who We Seek
- Minimum 10 years in French CRE across advisory, investment, or development
- Strong institutional network including French insurers, funds, and developers
- Track record in complex financing or transaction mandates
- Senior presence and ability to operate autonomously within a platform
- Lead Shelton Reed advisory activity in the French market
- Execute financing, transaction, and strategic advisory mandates
- Build and maintain client and counterparty relationships in France xuezdbg
- Coordinate with European team on cross-border opportunities
