We are looking for a DOA Ref – IMF (Independent Monitoring Function) Manager to come onboard in our “ Quality Engineering” Departement in Sandrine’s team.

Your mission

The Independent Monitoring Function (IMF) team is in charge of the independent surveillance required by the Part 21 21.A.239 (e) within the framework of the Design Management System (DMS).

The IMF team’s core missions include:

• 
  
• Verifying compliance of the Design Management System (DMS) with Part 21 to ensure requirements are implemented through ATR directives/procedures and applied to design partners and subcontractors.
  
• Surveillance of design suppliers with DOA (Design Organization Approval) delegation. While the suppliers surveillance is delegated to the “Supplier Quality” team, assessments defined in the DOA audit plan will be conducted under IMF coordination to verify compliance with Part 21 requirements and design organization interface documents.
  
• Within the IMF team, you will act as an interface between ATR Engineering and EASA (responsible for ATR DOA oversight). You will support the Chief of Independent Monitoring Function in the following activities:
  
• Preparing, conducting, following up, and closing internal DOA audits.
  
• Performing regulatory watch.
  
• Maintaining the DOA CCL (Compliance CheckList).
  
• Managing and monitoring DOA signature delegations.
  
• Managing and analyzing changes to the DMS.
  
• Maintaining the Design Organisation Handbook (DOH).
  
• Participating in EASA audits and ATR/EASA meetings with prior preparation.
  
• Leading training sessions to promote and maintain necessary regulatory and DOH knowledge within the Engineering department.
