Senior Installation Analysis Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Installation Analysis Engineer to join an engineering team supporting major offshore energy projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of detailed engineering studies and installation analyses required for the safe and efficient execution of offshore projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced installation engineer to work within a multidisciplinary and international engineering environment, with potential offshore assignments depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Perform offshore installation engineering and installation analysis activities.
  
• Develop detailed engineering studies required for project execution.
  
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical analyses, and engineering documentation.
  
• Contribute to the development and assessment of offshore installation methodologies.
  
• Provide technical input and engineering solutions for installation-related challenges.
  
• Interface with other engineering disciplines and project teams.
  
• Participate in technical meetings and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  
• Provide engineering support during project execution and offshore operations when required.
  
• Ensure engineering deliverables comply with applicable project specifications, standards, procedures, and QHSE requirements.
  
• Work autonomously on assigned activities while reporting to the relevant engineering/project manager.
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 
  
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
  
• Significant professional experience in offshore installation engineering and/or installation analysis.
  
• Previous experience in offshore energy, subsea, marine, or related engineering projects.
  
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned engineering activities.
  
• Experience working within multidisciplinary and international project teams.
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
  
• Fluent English is mandatory.
  

Seaman Book: Not mandatory.

Offshore & Mobility Requirements

The position may involve both onshore and offshore assignments depending on project requirements.

• 
  
• Onshore assignments: Up to 1 month maximum per assignment.
  
• Offshore assignments: Up to 2 months maximum per assignment.
  
• Availability for offshore mobilization when required.
  
• Candidates must have the necessary travel documentation and be eligible to obtain the required visa/work permit.
  
• Visa/work permit arrangements will be handled by the relevant agency/company, subject to applicable requirements.
  

Offshore travel and mobilization may be required during the assignment.

QHSE Requirements

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Comply with all applicable health, safety, security, and environmental regulations.
  
• Follow project and site-specific QHSE procedures.
  
• Attend the required site safety/security induction before starting the assignment.
  
• Maintain all required certifications and medical documentation.
  
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safe working practices, particularly during offshore operations.
  

Insurance & Medical Requirements

For offshore and/or international assignments, the successful candidate must provide the required medical and insurance documentation, including appropriate repatriation health insurance where applicable.

All required medical certificates and offshore certifications must be valid before mobilization.
