Brandeploy

Brandeploy is an AI-powered creative platform. Marketers at Nuxe, Groupe Seb, Air France and other major brands use it to create, adapt and translate videos, banners and product content at scale, on their own, without going back and forth with an agency for every single size.
The challenge
Anyone can generate one beautiful image with AI. We need the version that works 500 times in a row.
A bottle that pops out of an Instagram post in volume. A product rendered in 3D for an Amazon benefit image. A packshot that becomes twelve formats, six markets, three campaigns and still looks like the brand made it, not a model.
That means going from a one-off creative win to a documented, repeatable workflow: the model, the prompt structure, the reference assets, the parameters, the failure cases, the fix. Something we can hand to a client's team or wire into Brandeploy platform.
This is the job. Half creative direction, half reverse-engineering. If you have ever spent a weekend figuring out exactly why a generation broke, we will get along.
What you will actually work on
- Video and 3D product visuals produced with AI tools: volume, material, light, believable shadows
- Motion and video concepts: product pop-out effects, animated packshots, social-native formats
- Turning each successful creative into a replicable recipe: prompt architecture, reference set, parameter sheet, do's and don'ts
- Stress-testing new models as they ship, and telling us honestly which ones are worth the switch
- Projects run either for Brandeploy itself (product, demos, marketing) or for our brand clients, as service missions
Who we are looking for
We do not care where you studied, how many years you have, or which agency logo is on your profile. We care about what you can show and what you can repeat.
You will be a fit if:
- You can show 3 pieces of work you made with AI tools that made someone say "wait, how?"
- You can explain, step by step, how you would make one of them again tomorrow with a different product
- You think in systems: constraints, edge cases, naming, versions, not just the hero shot
- You have taste, and the judgment to know when a generation is 90% there and therefore useless
- You work in English (our clients and our tools are international)
- You are a freelancer, set up and available on a project basis
Tools we expect you to be fluent in at least two of the three lines:
- AI image and Video: Midjourney, Nano Banana / Gemini image, Flux, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Seedance
- Pipeline & automation: Weavy, other Node-base tools, ComfyUI, n8n, or directly Codex, claude,
Classic craft (Photoshop, After Effects, Blender / C4D and 3D tools) is a serious plus. We are hiring for the result and the method, not the software.
How we work together
- Project by project. Each mission comes with a written brief, a scope and a fixed budget.
- €400–700 per day, depending on the mission and what you bring to it.
- You report directly to the CEO.
- Fully remote. We have offices in Annecy and Paris and a Monday morning video call that is more mood check than status report.
- We are happy to communicate publicly about the work we do together your name on it, not ghost work.
The selection process
Three steps, two weeks, no panel interview theatre.
- Send us proof. Three pieces of AI-assisted work, and for one of them, a short note on how it was made and how you would repeat it.
- A 30-minute call with Jean, our CEO and co-founder.
- One paid test brief. A real product, a real constraint, a real deadline. xuezdbg If it works, it becomes your first mission.
