Take hands-on responsibility for the condition, maintenance and day-to-day running of a growing group of exceptional Paris residences — and the routines and records that keep them running beautifully as we scale.

Fractional France is a growing business built around high-quality, privately held residential properties in France. Our work centres on property standards, maintenance, building coordination, systems and administrative support, within the applicable ownership and governance structures. We’re active across several Paris properties today, with more under development and plans to expand selectively across France.
We’re looking for a hands-on operator to coordinate property condition, maintenance, suppliers, records and the practical systems that keep everything running as the portfolio grows.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
This isn’t a desk-based coordination role. You’ll move between property inspections, contractor coordination, practical problem-solving and the disciplined records that keep everything reliable — following each matter through to completion.
You’ll work within the standards, budgets and priorities set by our Director of Portfolio Operations, turning them into consistent property routines, dependable follow-through and accurate records. And you’ll help run and improve the operating systems as you go — spotting practical needs and making them work in daily practice.
It’s a rare role for someone who takes as much pride in well-kept, beautifully maintained properties as in the systems and follow-through behind them.
WHAT YOU’LL MANAGE
• Property condition — inspections, cleaning coordination, preventive maintenance and consistent upkeep standards
• Minor, hands-on repairs and upkeep directly, when safe and within approved procedures — with electrical installations, gas systems, fixed plumbing and heating systems, structural work and other regulated or specialist work always going to appropriately qualified, certified and insured professionals
• Contractors and local suppliers, and the quality of every job through to completion
• Coordination of routine building and syndic matters on the ground, within established procedures
• The systems and records that support the properties — maintenance workflows, ticketing, vendor records and property histories
• Routine operational coordination and property communications, with clear escalation of sensitive or material matters
• First operational coordination when an urgent property issue arises, including some evening and weekend response, with clear escalation to the Director
• The operational setup and integration of new properties as the portfolio grows
• Sourcing support for new properties under consideration for fractional conversion — scheduling and attending viewings, assessing the property, and following up as needed
The role operates within established procedures, approved budgets and delegated authority. Material commitments, governance matters and regulated professional determinations remain with the appropriate approver or qualified adviser.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• Three to five years in luxury residential property operations, private residences, building operations, facilities management, luxury hospitality or a comparable environment
• A hands-on track record with residential maintenance, contractors and building systems (plumbing, heating, electrical, security)
• Genuinely practical — able and willing to make minor repairs yourself, while knowing where certified professionals are required
• The organisation to run multiple properties, vendors and priorities without a detail slipping
• The discipline to use, maintain and improve agreed workflows and records — and to spot practical system needs as the operation develops
• Calm, professional judgement in emergencies and sensitive operational situations
• Professional fluency in French and English
• The ability to provide services in France through an appropriate independent structure
Experience with luxury residences in Paris, new-property setup, or syndic and copropriété relationships is a strong advantage. xuezdbg
WHAT’S ON OFFER
• A full-time independent engagement at the heart of a distinctive, design-led luxury-residential business
• Genuine autonomy and real responsibility for consistent property operations, within established procedures and delegated authority
• The chance to build and improve the operation — not just maintain it
• Meaningful room to grow in responsibility as the portfolio
