What you'll do

• Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, and support systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and restore services efficiently
• Register, analyze, prioritize, and resolve incoming support cases
• Keep users updated on the progress of their cases
• Document incidents accurately and maintain detailed case records
• Work closely with internal product and technical teams
• Resolve technical issues through different support channels
• Contribute to improving the overall user experience through efficient IT support

What we're looking for

• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken
• Interest in technology, IT, and problem-solving
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Good understanding of IT products and services is an advantage
• Previous technical support experience is beneficial but not essential
• Knowledge of ITIL or Agile frameworks is an advantage
• Business-level Czech is a plus, but not required
