Kolsquare is seeking a Head of Business Development to own and scale the BDR function across Europe.

You will lead around 18 BDRs via Team Leaders across France, the Nordics, Spain, Italy, Benelux and the US, shaping the strategy and playbook.
You will develop leaders, drive performance with data, optimize processes, and partner with Sales and Marketing to align GTM.
